To live our values and guiding principles in our daily work, and to enable every individual to contribute their skills and strengths in the best possible way, we also need the right organisational structure.
On our journey towards agile transformation, we explored various organisational concepts and evaluated them using a structured assessment matrix. The result is our own ADITO Framework — a model perfectly tailored to our needs that allows us to work cross-functionally and self-organised.
1988
Heinz Boesl develops a CRM software solution with the goal of meeting customer requirements quickly and efficiently. His innovative approach of separating the application core from the actual CRM solution is unique — enabling the software to be expanded almost endlessly on an individual basis. This principle remains the benchmark for all ADITO products to this day.
2005
ADITO continues to grow, and additional space is needed. An extension is added to the company building.
2006
Launch of ADITO Online, the mobile solution for CRM on the go.
2013
Social commitment: Inauguration of the ADITO Kindergarten in Tanzania.
2015
Peter Kobler retires from the management board. Johannes Boesl and Tobias Mirwald join the management team, forming the new leadership together with Heinz Boesl and Margot Boesl.
2016
Continuous growth leads to the groundbreaking ceremony for the ADITO Campus.
2017
ADITO welcomes its 100th employee.
2018
ADITO celebrates its 30th anniversary and moves into the new ADITO Campus.
2019
New look and feel: ADITO xRM wins the Red Dot Award.
2021
Founders Heinz and Margot Boesl, both long-time members of the management team, retire from active business.
2022
ADITO introduces the four-day work week.
2024
Kununu recognises ADITO as a Top Company.
2025
ADITO xRM receives the German Design Award, and ADITO is honoured with the BAVARIA’S BEST 50 Award as one of Bavaria’s fastest-growing mid-sized companies.
Our Locations
The ADITO Campus – our headquarters – offers the ideal working environment, along with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Built in 2017, the campus is located in Geisenhausen near Landshut.
Surrounded by greenery, the modern office building features its own orchard and offers beautiful panoramic views. With its open, bright offices, the ADITO Campus is not only an inspiring place to work but also a special venue for training sessions, workshops, and events.
