We Rely on an Agile Organization
We work together as one team — with our customers always at the center of what we do. To achieve this, we need an organizational structure that truly reflects our values. A traditional setup with rigid hierarchies and lengthy decision-making processes would only slow down our agile way of working.
That’s why we have developed our own ADITO Framework, inspired by the principles of holacracy. It enables every employee to contribute their skills and strengths in the best possible way.
Open communication, short decision-making paths, appreciation, and personal responsibility are especially important to us. That’s why every employee is part of at least one circle in which they take on different roles. This structure allows everyone to contribute their ideas and develop their individual strengths.
We’re currently working on presenting all circles of our organization — and every single ADITO — right here. In the meantime, we’d like to introduce part of our team to give you a first glimpse into the ADITO Framework.
